I used to weigh over 300 pounds. I used to feel lonely and depressed. I used to think losing weight would fix all of my problems. The truth? Nothing satisfied me except for the love of Christ. Now, I get to help women get healthy from the inside out, all for the glory of God!
Do you ever look back on your go-to childhood breakfast with a sense of nostalgia? I think most of us remember pouring ourselves a sugary bowl of cereal or popping some frozen waffles in the toaster before sitting down to watch Saturday morning cartoons. Little did we know that our favorite breakfast items were packed with chemicals, dyes, and refined sugar that were making us crave more ultra-processed food for the rest of the day. Now that many of us have children of our own, we want to set our children up for success starting with that first meal of the day. That’s why it’s the perfect time to introduce you to my A2 Protein Yogurt Bowls!
This recipe is made up of just five ingredients but is packed with necessary macronutrients and micronutrients to keep you and your family off of a “blood sugar roller coaster” for the rest of the day. This recipe is seriously crave-worthy!
Slice 1/2 of a fresh banana into thin slices and place on top of the yogurt bowl.
Crush one serving of organic freeze dried strawberries on top of the yogurt bowl.
Drizzle organic raw honey on top of the yogurt bowl and enjoy!

A Few Thoughts:
If you are looking to add more protein to your yogurt bowl, consider using Organic Greek Yogurt instead of A2 Yogurt.
While my family loves crushed freeze dried strawberries in their yogurt bowls, you can use fresh strawberries instead. Feel free to experiment with fresh or frozen blueberries, homemade granola, coconut flakes, or even a drizzle of nut butter. This recipe is SO versatile. Just remember to edit the macronutrients accordingly if you are tracking your macros!
