A Healthy and Refreshing Morning Treat!
Good morning, everyone! If you’re like me, you know how important it is to start the day with something refreshing and healthy. That’s why I’m excited to share our new family favorite: Sunrise Refresher Punch! This delightful drink combines the tropical goodness of pineapple and orange juices with a fizzy splash of ginger ale. It’s not only delicious but also packed with vitamins and antioxidants to give you a great start. It is a perfect treat for Phase Three of The ViCera Diet!
I love making this punch for brunches or family gatherings because it’s so pretty with all the fresh fruit slices. Plus, the kids adore it! The best part? It’s super easy to make. Let’s get started and bring a little sunshine to our mornings!
Ingredients:
1 12-oz can Orange Juice Concentrate thawed
4 cups Pineapple Juice
1 cup Water
6 cups Ice
2 large Lemons sliced thin
2 large Tangerines sliced thin
½ cup Strawberries sliced
4 cups Zevia Ginger Ale
Directions:
Prepare the Base:
1. In a large punch bowl or pitcher, combine the thawed orange juice concentrate and pineapple juice.
2. Add 1 cup of water and stir well to combine.
Add the Ice and Fruit:
3. Add 6 cups of ice to the punch bowl to chill the mixture.
4. Add the sliced lemons, tangerines, and strawberries to the punch for flavor and decoration.
Mix in the Ginger Ale:
5. Just before serving, pour in the ginger ale. Stir gently to mix everything together without losing too much carbonation.
Serving Ideas:
Try adding a few cucumber slices to your glass
If you prefer a less sweet punch, you can substitute some of the ginger ale with sparkling water.

A Few Thoughts:
-I highly encourage you to check the ingredients on the back of your juices before adding them! Some brands will sneak in unnecessary additives that your body does not need.
-While my family loves to drink this in the morning, it also makes a delicious mid-day treat. Pour yourself a glass and soak up some Vitamin D by the pool! Your body will thank you!
