I joined the WLH program at the end of December 2017 as my annual New Years resolution to lose weight. I have lost over 70 lbs to date. What was different about this program, from the hundreds of others I tried before, was the focus on mindset. I had never had a diet program focus on this in the past and ultimately is why I was never able to keep the weight off before. I have lost and re-gained the same 60-70 lbs 3+ times.
I have always had an “all or nothing” mentality and I felt like I was doomed to always struggle with emotional eating and a bad relationship with food. The WLH program changed the narrative for me and ultimately my mindset around food and taking care of myself. I have kept the weight off for over 2.5 years and finally trust myself to never be in that place again of regain and self-doubt.
What I enjoy most about being a WLH coach are the relationships I get to build with my clients. I love getting to watch first hand as their mindset shifts and they start to succeed, not only in just weight-loss but in how they start viewing themselves differently and believing they can do this.
I remind my clients often that I am only a tool, here to encourage them weekly and offer tips and suggestions, but they are doing the hard work in changing their life. It’s incredibly empowering to be along side of someone’s journey and watch them win!
At the start of 2018, I joined this program. Weighing over 300lbs I was fed up. I knew that the body I was living in did not reflect who I am on the inside. After considering gastric bypass surgery, the Weight Loss Hero program gave me the confidence to realize I CAN do this on my own... so I did.
Without surgery or secrets, following this program to a tee, I managed to lose 150lbs. Now I’ve realized, if Christine’s story can inspire me, my story can inspire others. This program is ultimately designed to change lives!
As a coach, I am here to guide you on this journey and kick you in the rear when you need it. Having overcome binge eating disorder and a severe sugar addiction, I am passionate about sharing my tangible tips with you.
